Class creation and Inherited Class

    All,

    I've been trying to create a base class with 2 properties and a
    sub class based off of that with 5 of its own properties and the 2
    derived by the base class.

    I'm having lots of problems. I placed an example up and some1
    said that I was using code froma beta testing version.

    I've looked @ the examples in the help for SP3 but I'm a little
    confused because I don't see a big difference in what I posted and
    the example. I've seen a few examples that haven't helped clear it up
    because they don't have properties. I'm confused any help?
