Express x As Function of theta

    AB=8 =>hypothenuse which is divided in two parts

    let say h1 ( upper triangle ) and h2 (lower triangle )

    so, h1=8-h2

    and sin(theta)=4/h2
    h2=4/sin(theta)

    then h1= 8-4/sin(theta)

    now we need cos to find x

    cos(theta)=x/h1

    cos(theta)=x/(8-4/sin(theta))

    x=(8-4/sin(theta))cos(theta)

    x=(8-4/sin(theta))cos(theta)
