    Let 20% = 0.20.

    Let 25% = 0.25.

    Numerator of original fraction = (x + 0.20).
    Denominator of original fraction = (x - 0.25).

    My set up:

    (x + 0.20)/(x - 0.25) = 4/5

    Yes?

    (x + 0.20)/(x - 0.25) = 4/5-> it's not correct
    you are given
    x+20% of x=> (x+0.20x)=(x+x/5)->numerator
    y-25% of y=>(y-0.25y)=(y-y/4)->denominator
