To find negative coterminal angles, I must do
    given angle - 2pi.

    Yes?

Yo find positive coterminal angles, I must do
    given angle + 2pi.

    Yes?

    yes
if given angle -2 π, then
    -2 π = -360°
Coterminal angle in [0, 2π) range: 0 π, located in the positive x-axis.
    Positive coterminal angles:
    2π, 4π,
    6π,
    8π,
    Negative coterminal angles:
    -0π, -2π,
    -4π,
    -6π,
