    hello everyone,

    I just generated a 3D volume in matlab, just like the Volume
    Visualization in matlab help file.
    But that is not what I need! I need the Volume data ,such as the
    coordinate of the each patch which forms the Volume ,so that I can
    export them to some software,like autocad....

    Can any one help me? It is urgent.

    thanks a lot.

    check this out for starters:

    a = rand(20,20,10);
    p1 = patch(isosurface(a,.7));
    get(p1)

    if you still need help after looking at the results of this, then let
    me know.

    have fun!
