    x - 6 = 2y
    y = x/2 - 3

    Isolate y.

    x - 2y = 6

    -2y = -x + 6

    y = (-x + 6)/-2

    y = (x/2) - 3

    Take it from here....

    graph is a line, so you need 2 points (easiest way is to use intercepts) that lie on line, make table
    x|y
    0|-3
    6|0
    then, plot these points and draw a line through

    I like graphing calculators, Desmos, etc but graphing by hand is uniquely fun.
