Logarithm and Exponential

    Show that logarithm and exponential are opposite
    of each other. Thanks.

    The logarithmic function g(x) = log (b ,x) is the inverse of the exponential function f(x) = b^x.
    log (2 ,8) = 3 ->the exponential form is 2^3 = 8
