Loners Are Not Antisocial

    Loners are not antisocial and vice-versa. Two different words. Two different meanings. Why the confusion?

    A “loner” or “lone wolf” type of person is “asocial”; “a-social” just means “without society”.
    “Antisocial” is “anti-social” which means “against society”, meaning doing things that harm others, like criminal behaviors.
