Show that multiplication and division are opposite
    of each other. Thanks.

Division by a number is related to multiplication by the same number.
The two related equations are made up of the very same numbers.
    Example: 14 ÷ 2 = 7, 7 × 2 = 14

    Generally we can say a ÷ b = c is the same as b•c = a. Yes?
