QR:NLMIXED intra class and inter class correlation

    Hi there,
    I have used NLmixed for a binary variables and categorical independent variables, in a random intercept model, I have obtained the value S2u, the variance of the random effect model, and I would like to compute the inter class correlation and intra class correlation.

    I have read that I can use

    S2u/(S2u+Pi^2/3)

    With Pi^2=3.14*3.14

    Thanks a lot for any suggestions
