    Where did you get 25.07?
    I thought 25° + (4/60)' is 25.1°, right? Am I converting the wrong way? In my calculations, 25° 4' = 25.1°. No?

    4/60=1/15=0.0666666666666667=0.07

    25° + 0.07°=25.07°

I see this is another case of making careless mistakes with simple math on my part.
