subspaces of $\ell^1$

    Is there a closed, uncomplemented subspace $F$ of $\ell^1$ such that $
    \ell^1 / F$ is isomorphic - not necessarily isometrically - to $
    \ell^1$?

    Any pertinent hints are appreciated.
