Hello,

I am quite new here in this Forum and hoping that someone can help me here :)

I am still trying to understand this technique in detail but I think i have figured out the main steps of it.

My question here is, can I use this approach to answer simple Yes/No questions?

For Example I have the Question:
Should the Feature ABC be implemented in the current Application. Based on Criteria such as Application Size, Customers, Stakeholders, Complexity, yada yada I can use the AHP approach to get a kind of percentage Rating. Problem here is that I do not have multiple Models to compare those Ratings. In fact there is only one specific Model for each specific Use case.

So I am kind of stuck here, what should I do in order to help my decision. I hope that my problem could be understood. My English is not that good. Apologies :)

As you can see, this site is pretty dead.
