I took geometry in high school back in the 1980's.
I don't recall how to organize the information needed to complete the proof using the statement vs reason chart.

given:

DC || AB and AD || BC


prove:

triangle ABC is congruent to triangle CDA

statement.......................................reason

1. DC || AB and AD || BC................given
2. < DCA=<CAB ............alternative interior angles with parallel lines
3. <DAC= < ACB...........alternative interior angles with parallel lines
4. AC = AC........................identity (common side)
5. ∆ ADC = ∆ CDA....................ASA
