Height of a Mountain

Section 4.3

I know this problem involves two system of equations.

Let me see.

From the second angle of elevation to the base of the mountain, I will call y.

Let h = height of mountain.

My first equation is tan (3.5°) = h/(13 + y).

My second equation is h tan (3.5) = y + 13.

If this is the wrong set up, what is the correct set up? I can then take it from there.
