I could probably help with this thread but you need to be a bit more clear with the question
There are many programming languages that you can use and HTML is part of web development - usually not used for mathematics but to built websites.
What are you interested in? We can take it from there and maybe find a programming language of your interest or maybe a pseudo-language.
