I have noticed that the solver requires an equation to compute and plot the phase plane line. However, I have a 2D matrix with two variables. On top of streamlines, I would like to demarcate the phase portrait line (separatrix line).
I have seen in the material it requires an equation to solve by ODE in Matlab. How should I proceed with 2D matrix case (say on top of streamlines)
