Simplify Expressions...1

The general rule is:
n^i * n^j = n^(i+j) (And n^i * n^j *n^k = n^(i+j+k), etc)
so, most directly,
(3^-6) * (3^4)
= 3^(-6+4)
= 3^-2
= 1/ (3^2)
= 1/9

Very good. Good to know. Good to review basic math occasionally.
