Using A Calculator To Evaluate Trigonometric Functions...2

30. a tan(66.5)=2.29984

30. b cot(66.5)=0.434812

32.a cot(79.56)=0.184256

32. b sec(79.56)=5.51859

36.

56 degrees 8' 10''=56.14°
a.
sec(56.14)=1.79480

b.
cos(56.14)=0.557166

I only got one right? Really? Was I in the wrong mode?

Wait a minute. I used wolfram for all calculations. How can this be? I blame wolfram.

if you type sin(30) degrees , wolfram automatically calculates as 30 radians and give you wrong answer
there is an option (in right corner under the space to type) called "use degrees" and you need to click on that

that is wrong result. should click on" use degree instead"
