I need to find the value of a, b, c, and d for
f(x) = a cos (bx - c) + d.

Let a = 3

Let b = 2pi/period

Then b = 2pi/4pi = 1/2.

Let c = pi/2

Let d = 2

Our equation is f(x) = 3 cos(x/2 - pi/2) + 2.
