Can you show me how to do 54 and 58 as a guide for me to try a few more on my own? Thank you.

y=(1/2)x^2-2x+1

a. y<=0
b. y>=7

a. y<=0 for approximately x=1/2 and x=3.5

b. y>=7 for approximately x=-2 and x=6
