    Here, we can use concept of proportionality to find the remaining actual distances.

    Using the concept of Proportionality, we get:

    d/57=1046/58=f/53.5

    => 1046/58=18
    57/AB=18
    d=18*57
    d=1026

    f/53.5=18
    f=18*53.5
    f=963

    Therefore, the approximate distance from Hamilton to Fort Lauderdale=1026 miles.

    And the approximate distance from San Juan to Hamilton=963 miles.
