    I will say the hypotenuse is 30 for each triangle.
    I will say the height is 10 for each triangle.
    I will say the base is 29 for each triangle.

    True. Triangles are congruent.

    you don't know if given triangles are right triangles

    so, you just say since corresponding sides are equal triangles are congruent

    The lengths given, via the converse of the Pythagorean Theorem, which is also a theorem, prove them not to be right triangles.
