You do forget things you are not working on. So, to keep yourself from forgetting the early chapters, you need to work on it. Memory must be trained.

I know that memory must be trained. Are you saying that I should revisit the early chapters from time to time? Helping students with homework is a good way to help keep the early chapters in tune. I can't do that here. This site is dead. Any suggestions?

yes, revisit the early chapters from time to time, read formulas, definitions, rules

I guess revisiting the early chapters is a solution to the memory issue. In your case, how do you remember Calculus l, ll, and lll? You have not answered, to my knowledge, any calculus questions lately. Right?

I am answering a lot of calculus questions on algebra.com

my major is math, so I did a lot of Calculus l, ll, and lll and more like
