    x^4+(3-h)x^3 -2hx^2-2h^2x+h^3

    by x-h

    x-h=0 => x=h

    h^4+(3-h)h^3 -2h*h^2-2h^2*h+h^3=0 -> true

    so, (x-h) is a factor

    Thank you. I see that we have a new "daily" member: Albert. Hopefully, the site will begin to attract more tutors and math specialists.
