    Let me see.

    Lines h and g meet to form congruent angles.
    Lines h and g cut lines d and f.

    Angle x = 35° + (180° - 120°)

    Angle x = 35° + 60°

    Angle x = 85°

    You say?

    take a look at isosceles triangle formed by lines g,h an f

    base angles are same, both are x
    and third angle is 35

    2x+35=180
    2x=180-35
    2x=145
    x=145/2
    x=72.5

    I went back to the actual question. The value of x you found is not listed as a possible answer. However, on the list of 4 choices, my value of x is given.
