c.) =4 why?-> because approaching from left = approaching from right

d.) h(-3) DNE, as there is a hole dictated by the open circle

h) lim,x->0- , h(x)=1
f) lim ,x->0+, h(0)=-1

j ) h(2) DNA

k) lim(x->5+) h(x)=3
l)lim(x->5-) h(x)=DNA

I got (c) tight. No? Can you explain (k) and (L) again?

you see on graph, there is small dashed line starting before x=5 and ending at x=5, so hole is left from x=5

that is why lim(x->5+) h(x)=3 and lim(x->5-) h(x)=DNA
