    4=(1/2)b*h -> so, there in not enough information given to find a slope

    The point (2, 1) is given. Can it be that the base is 2 (value of x) and the height 1 (the value of y)? Can we do something with that?

    nope, (2, 1) is just one point on that line, and 2 (value of x) and the height 1 would make an rectangle inside triangle, but we need one more point on that line
