    Part (a)

    Let R = all real numbers.

    Domain = R except for x = 3.

    Part (b)

    No x-intercepts.

    The y-intercept is y = -1/3.

    Part (c)

    Vertical Asymptotes: x = 3
    Top degree < bottom degree.
    So, the horizontal asymptote is the line y = -1/3.
