help me figure this out

a girl that average height is 5 foot one inches and about 96 pounds fell 14.7 feet in 0.47 seconds (problem being she had no outside force meaning she just fell that distance). problem im having is from what i can find out (she could only fall that distance in 0.6 seconds without any force applied, **BTW** if you want to know why i need to know in 2013 a 14 year old unknown girl on fc2 (a Japan twitch like service) named rorochan_1999 uploaded a stream titled: darkness (originally in Japanese) she slowly made her way to the 14-15th floor of her mansion (apartment building), and jumped, im investigating it and trying to find out more and i need to know could she have fell that far without anything affecting her speed except gravity and force of air resistance
