    How is this done using the given approximations?

    Problems: 34, 36, 38, 40

    you have sqrt(7)-2>=0
    then sqrt(7)>=2 => this statement is true, because sqrt(7)>2
    36.
    on left side you actually have 0.777777777 which is greater than 0.7

    0.777777777>0.7->statement is true
    38.
    2<=(pi+1)/2...statement is true ((pi+1)/2>2)

    40.

    pi^2<12..statement is true (pi^2 approximately 9.9 )
