In addition to the samples given here, I would like to add one more. I will it 59.

    59. a - b

Can I see an example for each? I will then provide my own examples.

    example of irrational numbers:
    π, √ 2, √ 3 , 22/7, Euler’s Number e,

Sum and Product of Two Irrational Numbers

Statement: Sum and the product of two irrational numbers is sometimes rational or irrational.

    56.

√2 is an irrational number, but when √2 is added to √2, we get the result 2√2 , which is a irrational number
    sqrt(2)+(-sqrt(2) )=0 which is a rational number

    57.
√2 is an irrational number, but when √2 is multiplied by √2, we get the result 2, which is a rational number
π is an irrational number, but if π is multiplied by π, the result is π^2, which is also an irrational number

    58.
√2 is an irrational number, but when √2 is divided to √2, we get the result √2/√2 =1, which is a rational number
√21/π is an an irrational number
