A card is chosen at random from a pack of 52 playing cards. What is the probability of a King or a Queen?

    Let K = king

    Let Q = Queen

    P(K or Q) = P(K) + P(Q)

    P(K or Q) = 4/52 + 4/52

    P(K or Q) = 1/13 + 1/13

    P(K or Q) = 2/13
