    Why round to 215?

How do we round 214.45 to 215? The number in the tenths place is 4, which is not greater than 5. So, 214.45 becomes 214.00 = 214, no?

to round 214.45, in the tenths place is 4, which is not greater than 5 , but in the hundredths place is 5, which is = 5, then the tenths place is becomes 5
so, to round it to whole number you get 215
