    complement C' , is all what is in U and not in C

    if the universal set is U ={0.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} and C={1,3,4,6}, then C' ={0,2,5,7,8,9}

    So, the complement of C is basically all elements that are in U but not in C. Yes?
