    For question 137, show that x^2 + 4 is prime.
    How is this done?

    x^2 + 4

    It is a prime polynomial because it has only two factors i.e 1 and x^2 + 4

    Wow! That's it? Michael Sullivan threw a curve ball with this simple question. I wonder how many CUNY students know the answer to this prime number question. I wonder how many know what a prime number is, really.
