as you can see, blue line has negative slope (most of it passes through II and IV quadrant)=> m3 is negative and should be smallest slope
m1 and m2 are positive
the greater the slope, the steeper the line
in your case the black line is steeper then red one; so, m1> m2
then, slopes in increasing order are: m3,m2,m1
b1,b2,b3 are y-intercepts
black line has negative y-intercept->b1 <0
red line has positive y-intercept
blue line has positive y-intercept
b3 is above b2 =>b3>b2
in increasing order : b1, b2, b3
