    a)
slope m3 is negative, so smalest one
    slope m1 >m2
so in increasing order, we have
    m3<m2<m1

    b)

    b is y-intercept

line y=m1x+b1 has negative value for b=>smalest one
lines y=m2x+b2 and y=m3x+b3 have positive value for y-intercepts, and y-intercept of the y=m3x+b3 is greater value
    b1<b2<b3

Cool. How did you know what to do? All I see is three lines in different directions.

you also see three equations, and they are helping you to determine what line has slope m1 and y-intercept b1

    same apply for slope m2 and y-intercept b2, slope m3 and y-intercept b3
you also know what a slope means

than compare all lines and determine slopes and y-intercept

Again, not too obvious. Good reply.
