    Question 34

Believe it or not, I understand part (c) and the area formula provided. Can you set up parts (a) & (b)?
I want to show the math work for 34.

    a)
calculate tthe area of triangle ABC

    A(3,4)
    B(8,5)
    C(7,8)

    tthe area of triangle ABC:

area=(1/2)AB*BC where AB is distance between points A and B, and BC is distance between points B and C

    find AB and BC

    b)
    (1,3)
    (4,1)
    (10,4)

do same sketch as in a), and apply same procedure to find area
