    Thanks. The time has come to speed things up a bit. I am only going to post questions for which the author(s) does not provide a sample for. It also makes no sense to post questions that I know how to do on my own. Beginning in Section 3.4, questions that I don't know how to do will be posted. I would like for you to solve each question in steps, if times allows. You know, step 1, do this, step 2, do that, etc.
