    Question 13

    See attachment.

    For 13a, f(x) = | x | has been shifted to the left by 3 units and flipped upside-down on the line y = 0.
    So, I say the answer is f(x) = -| x + 3 |.

    For 13b, f(x) = | x | has been shifted two units to the right and down 4 units parallel to the line
    x = 0. I say the answer is f(x) = | x - 2 | - 4.

    You say?
