    The general form is y = ax^3.

    Use the given point to find a.

    2 = a(2)^3

    2 = 8a

    2/8 = a

    1/4 = a

    f(x) = (1/4)x^3

    48b.

    The general form is y = ax^3.

    Use the given point to find a.

    -2 = a(1)^3

    -2 = a

    f(x) = -2x^3.

    It was fun graphing all these functions by hand. It brought back lots of memories of my youth and school days.
